I would like to apply for a MBA/MSc Finance/Financial Engineering/Financial Mathematics in UK/US.
my info:
2:2 (may climb to 2:1 after completion of final year)
GMAT: 640
IELTS: 7

I am wondering which tier of universities should I target on. More specifically which ones? Also, MBA or MSc?

Hi. Without any work experience, an MBA wouldn't add much value, unless you are in Asia.
Some of my friends have told me that top Indian & Chinese schools accept bright students without any work-ex but then it is market specific. In Europe & the US, there is hardly a school which will accept you in their MBA program without 3-8 years of work-ex. MScs are very popular in Europe. You can opt for a Masters in Management program at top schools like LBS, Judge, IE, IESE & HEC. There are other reputed MSc programs available at RSM, Warwick, Cranfield, CBS, Imperial & Manchester. Other English schools can be avoided if you are non-European. Em lyon & Essec could be considered if you are interested in a 2year MSc program.
