A lot of it honestly will depend on your GMAT score.
Assuming your GMAT is in the high 600s or better, the kinds of schools you should focus on are:
Europe: Oxford, Cambridge, IE, ESADE, IESE
Asia: HKUST, ISB
US/Can: Rotman, Ivey, Queen's, Georgetown, USC, Texas, Emory
You should have a reasonable shot at these schools. For the top 16 schools, what will put you at a disadvantage is that you're up against other Indian guys who have more international experience than you (there's enough Indian guys who have spent a few years already working/studying full-time in the US/Europe before applying to b-school, and they will have a leg up on you).
Nonetheless, if you focus on the schools listed above, you should be able to get the kinds of jobs you want after b-school.
