You have a solid profile, with some potential differentiators (Div. 1 player, international experiences) that may help you stand out enough to compensate for your GMAT score, though you will also have to directly address it by emphasizing your strong quant background in school and work. The key for you will be those differentiators: how many you have, how deep they are, how extensive the leadership is, how strong the international experiences are, etc. Duke and Texas are the most doable schools. Your Quant score gives the remaining schools an excellent reason to ding you, but if you execute well on the differentiators and perhaps have an interesting personal/family story as well you could get one or two of these programs to go for you as well.
