If you had a choice between an MSc in Management and an MBA which would you go for and why? Also what are some of the career choices that an MSc in Management might have that an MBA would not and vice versa?

Thanks

I think you're going about this backwards. First you determine what you want to do, and then you determine which degree is most useful to achieve that goal.

I am not sure what careers would require an MSC in Management, other than continued study for a PhD or certain technical research positions. But again, let your goal direct your educational choices.

Good luck!

I wanna know whether I can apply to LBS MiM program while being still in college, final year, so that I can join straight from college

LBS's MiM is aimed at graduates with less than one year of full-time work experience, so yes, you can graduate in May and join the program in September. This question is addressed directly in the program's FAQ page.
