MBA with Emphasis in Accounting for Working Professional [#permalink] New post 30 Oct 2012, 18:20
I'm having a difficult time pulling the trigger on a decision. I want to become CPA eligible and work in advisory in public accounting, but want to do it in the most beneficial way for my situation.

Background:
BSA from local AACSB school in December 2010
2 years working experience in commodity trading/risk managment and supply chain/logistics
4 years part-time working experience in general accounting and accounts payable

I'm 4 classes away from eligibility in my state. My thoughts are that since I have some work experience, an MBA would be the best route for me. I was thinking that I would attend the same local state AACSB school for the MBA, which is also accredited in accounting.

What are some thoughts on this game plan?
