I haven't noticed that it's an issue. But, I would also say it seems (based on my completely unscientific observation of the situation at one school) that about 2/3 of internationals doing consulting are working in international offices. Whether this is candidate preference (I'm from Mexico and want to go back), people trying to game the system (ie recruiting for an "easy" office) or the companies feel they have enough qualified candidates with work authorization, I don't know.
