Thanks novanative, got my invite last week and have my interview this Friday. Since the staff is different for the evening program I was hoping you could share some of the questions you received. Were they similar to what the full-time people have been posting? Below are the most common ones I've seen on this forum. Did they throw any curveballs at you? Thanks!

The staff for the evening MBA provided very similar questions to those for the full time program. I was not asked any more than eight or nine questions since mine was back during the first round. The interview lasts for roughly half an hour, maybe a little more.

Unlike the full time MBA applicants, where alumni have interviewed many of the students, an admissions officer will likely interview you though it could be a professor or possibly a 3rd year MBA student (typically the latter two categories are on adcoms at other schools, can't say for Georgetown), my interviewer was the director of admissions.

My interviewer didn't have my resume in his hand so I gave him a copy so I believe it is a blind interview, but I was never told this explicitly when I did.

Was wondering if we have to wait until May 15 to receive decisions on R3 applications and if anyone knows the chances for R3 applicants. Thanks. - Eason

IN IN IN! WOOHOO! I'm super excited! It was mentioned that an email will be sent shortly after and that a binder / box will arrive at my home before the week is over. So GLAD to know that I'll be at school this Fall!

R1 and R2 Admits, I'll really appreciate any tips / insights that you can share regarding what I need to do or should expect from here on out. I'm an "Admitted Virgin" afterall.

To those who are still waiting, keep the faith! I'll be rooting for ya!

Ha! I was excited too. If I remember correctly, we should get the email later this afternoon and the actual packet/letter within a week.

Congrats again to everyone

Congrats to everyone above. To answer the question above, at least for R2, we received the email around 5 p.m. ET, then the official welcome package a few days later.

Thanks, guys. Saw the letter as well. How do we figure out if we receive any financial award?

Am I being ignorant? I was under the impression that $$ was essentially limited to R1 and R2....

R1 and R2 are given priority for scholarships/fellowships, but it's hard to say whether that means no R3 admits will receive any or whether the likelihood is just much lower.

I'm assuming we'll see in our packets that we'll be receiving later this week or next week. That's typically where they put any scholarship/fellowship info.

I'm also IN!

It's my understanding (from this board) that financial awards would have been mentioned in the letter that's posted to the application website. Mine didn't mention any merit award, so I assumed that I didn't receive any.

I did receive a sizable fellowship offer from another school in the area (also a Round 3 applicant there), so an otherwise slam-dunk decision has been made pretty difficult for me!

Congrats to all!

Thank you, guys. I've decided to attend GT anyway. I'm now looking for a studio (washer/dryer in the unit + 24hr concierge) either near the campus or in dupont circle. Any suggestions? Thanks a million!!!
