1.Job hunting: Mac co-op advantage
2.B-school reputation: Schulich is better
3.Length: Mac 2.5years Schulich 1year
4.Interest: Don't like finance

If you don't like finance why would you consider a Master of Finance degree? It's only going to really be useful when trying to get a finance job.
