Measuring a Candidate's Heart and Passion Over Qualification [#permalink] New post 23 Jul 2011, 11:50
If a Candidate doesn't have the greatest experience or GPA but has the drive and motivation to do whatever it takes, how can they make themselves more attractive when applying to jobs. obviously big four won't look at them but fresh grads are having problems with mid size and small firms from looking at them as well. in a sports analogy, just because you have the most awards, better skill, and qualifications in a draft doesn't mean you will be successful in the professional league. I want to get into the tax field so bad, but it has become so hard. any advice or mentors that can help me?
