I'm looking for schools in USA as i'm not very keen on studying in Singapore or UK.
I need to know my chances with regard to particular schools such as USC, UCLA, MIT and Cornell.
The reason i'm not very confident is because of my undergrad degree which was a distance learning programme. Additionally, the undergrad university in not in the list of schools visible in the application section of the b-schools.
I share your concerns about your distance degree. It needs to be accredited by an agency that the school you are applying to recognize. If not, you will have a problem and your application may not be considered. In addition, I think your verbal GMAT score is also hurting you at programs like MIT and UCLA. But, the big think is the credibility of your undergrad degree.
