A mimic question! Always interesting.
If the questions asks you to mimic the reasoning given in the argument, the most important step is to figure out the reasoning in your own words, possibly without data. i.e.
The argument tells me:
A is easy for B.
A is relatively difficult for C.
So cancel source of A.

A - 'deciding what to wear'
B - 'men'
C - 'women'
source of A - 'Casual Fridays'

Find an option that is on the same lines.
D says:
Signing up is easy for Full time employees.
Signing up is relatively difficult for part time employees.
So cancel Christmas vacations.
The structure matches the required structure.

If (E) was a possible contender, look at it this way:
Tuition is less for in-state.
Tuition is more for out-of-state.
This is unfair.

So definitely the answer is (D).
Let me add here, that mimic questions do not appear often in the actual exam. You may get to see one, if at all.

My answer is "D"

In the stimulus, two evidences 1. men have easy time to dress on casual Friday.
2. women have hard time to dress on casual Friday.

And conclusion, Since it is difficult for women than men to dress and it has to be equal, casual Friday should be cancelled.

And supposition is that since one group is having hard time and it has to be equal, therefor, casual fridayv should be cancelled.

In option "D"
evidence - 1. Full time employees extra holidays
2. Part time employees no extra holidays

Since, one group is having less holidays and it should be equal

Conclusion - No employees should be given extra holidays.

Narrowed down to choices D and E and finally chose D.

Premise1:- Men have few choices and hence they decide quickly what to wear on Casual Fridays.
Premise2:- Women face more difficult time than men deciding what to wear on Casual Fridays. They need to take care if it looks too much casual.

Conclusion:- There should be no casual fridays.

Choice D fits the above premise-conclusion arguments. In case of choice E, the conclusion is to allow it to everyone as against forbidding everyone from it.

Two groups M and F are doing same work -W.
W is easier for M and too tough for F.
So W should be suspended.

A) Women on a road construction crew are frequently assigned non-labor intensive jobs such as holding traffic signs. This is sexual discrimination and should be stopped.
Incorrect: Tells about W is easier for both M and F, so F is assigned.

B) Members of a country club are given first choice of tee times on the golf course. Members of the public who would like to play the course should also be given this treatment.
Incorrect: Doesn't say W is tough for M or F. Both groups are equally capable of taking tea time.

C) Users of an open-source software program wishing to access to online technical support must submit personal information in order to register. Access to technical support should not require registration, as this is unfair to users wishing to remain anonymous
It says F(anonymous person) doesn't want to do W, not that W is tough to do.

D) Full-time employees spend more hours in the office than part-time employees and have greater access to the sign-up sheet for Christmas vacation time. Because this is unfair, no employees will be given extra vacation time during Christmas.
Correct: Full time and Part time employees are assigned W in office. it is tough for part-timers so Vaction time(W) should be suspended.
This replicates the logical pattern.

E)A university charges twice as much for out-of-state tuition as it does for in-state tuition. This is unfair to out-of-state students, who should be allowed to pay the in-state tuition rate.
Incorrect: The work W(tuition fees) is different for both the groups. Our structure is same work assigned to two different groups.

In (D) I find that it's not a fair comparison.
Full time and part-time employees shouldn't be compared.

Mimic question will provide a different set up than the argument. The argument talks about the different degree of difficulty faced by men and women. The answer talks about the different degree of difficulty faced by part time and full time employees.
Note that the choice of working part time may not be employee's. The company might hire part time/full time depending on need. And if you really think about it - women also have a choice. Just pick conservative dresses which you know are acceptable. Anyway, it doesn't matter who chooses or has a choice. The structure of the arguments are very similar. They can't be exactly same since they will talk about different things.

Also, (A) does not mimic the reasoning of the argument. It says that women are not given meaningful work and this should be stopped. It doesn't talk about the different degrees of difficulty between two groups.
