With respect to the Manhattan GMAT books, how much has changed over the years with the different editions? Thanks

3rd edition and 4th edition are exactly the same except for the fact that they refer to OG 11th edition and 12th edition respectively.

I think 3rd edition has been discontinued. But the problem is that I have OG11th edition. Can you please suggest, if I buy MGMAT SC 4th edition, would it be necessary to buy OG12 as well ?

no not needed. What they do is when they just give you the questions from OG related to a chapter. What I would suggest is just study the entire MGMAT SC 4th edition and then solve questions from OG12th edition.
