Manhattan GMAT's timing directions before you begin the section includes something I don't quite understand. What is the below all about? What are the 'Question Banks' and 'Sentence Correction' sections?

If you want to simulate the Official GMAT exam, use the following time limits for the entire exam:
75 minutes for the entire Quantitative Section on a full-length exam
75 minutes for the entire Verbal Section on a full-length exam
30 minutes for the entire Integrated Reasoning Section on a full-length exam
50 minutes for the entire section for Question Banks (38 minutes for Sentence Correction)

They have separate topic wise question banks available for sale on their website. Set of 25 questions & 50 mins. Its different than your practice tests.
