I just completed a MGMAT CAT last weekend and I was wondering if it is possible to retake the CAT with the same exact questions appearing right now? thanks!

No, the questions will not be in same order, even if you take that test again. However they all will be from one common pool of questions. Their CATs are adaptive so the next question (along with its difficulty level) depends upon your current performance.
