I've taken 5 MGMAT CATs so far and the scores are 750, 710, 750, 730, 780. The scores are all over the place and I'm not sure what to make of them. Are the later MGMAT CATs easier than the earlier ones? I saw more 600-700 level questions in the last CAT compared to the previous CATs.

I think you're in great shape! If you're done with all material, etc I would suggest attempt a GMATPrep Test to see your level. Don't judge your level on any CAT other than GMATPrep!
