Hi,
Could not find a thread for MSU - Broad 2012.
Any one here applied/applying to MSU Broad?
I just received an admit with 10k scholarship + GA :)

I have cox with 66k $$ and UC Davis (waiting for $$ details)
As of now am pretty much inclined towards joining Broad :)

I completed my interview with Mr Paul North(Admission director) over Skype. Initially, there was some issue with Skype connection and it took another 10 mins before we could start talking. The interview process was very amazing and i enjoyed a lot talking to Paul. He made me comfortable during all time and provided some detailed answers to my questions. Interview questions were related to my career choice and my work experience till date.

I am planning to apply in R3 for specialization in Supply chain!!

What are the chances of making it!!?? I have got a pretty decent GMAT score (660) and decent profile (6 years in SCM implementation). Is it even a good idea to apply in R3!?

During an on-campus function, I met two students that applied in round 4 and were accepted. They said the disadvantage of applying in rounds 3 and 4 is the limited availability of scholarship money. However, they could still get you an on-campus job to help offset the cost of tuition.

I applied to MSU Broad and was interviewed on Dec 20th, 2011. Have been waitting for months (literally) for the final decision.

Profile:
G 730 I: 7.5
Work Ex- 7 Years experience in Procurement/ Supply chain in PC manufacturing industry by July 2012
Undergrad GPA: 2.96

Hi, Josh.
If you are a non-US citizen, it's better to apply as early as you can. As galaxyblue said, the difference is the avaliability of $cholarships and VISA processing. Good luck! :)

Yes, I received the admission mail from Paul on Feb, 22nd, and GA+10K mail from Kate one day later. It will cover my 1st year's full tuition + $1.4K gain for me. MSU is quite generous on this.

I am in the process of getting I-20 from Broad and will apply for VISA after receipt of the same. I am planning to leave for east lansing around last week in July.
