Hey everybody,

I don't come by a lot of MBA grads in my workplace, so I'd appreciate your feedback on my profile! I'm definitely leaving the military next summer, so B-school will be a big change for me. I'm definitely applying to HBS, MIT, and UCLA; also considering Ross, Kellogg, and USC (as a "backup"). Is this too aggressive?

1) Basic demographic info: 30 y.o. (31 on class start), male, US military, Asian

2) Educational Background:
undergrad in EECS at an elite school, 3.0/4 GPA (gah!!)
M.S. in Aerospace engineering at Univ of Southern California, ~3.7/4 GPA
another engineering M.S. from a military school, 3.9/4 GPA
750 GMAT (47 quant - 80th percentile / 47 verbal - 99th percentile), 6 AWA

3) Work experience: 7 years total
yr 1-3: started off in a military systems development and acquisitions office
selected for special aviation program after 3 years (early, relative to most applicants)
yr 4: military school for aforementioned program
yr 5-present: developmental test and evaluation of aircraft

4) Extracurriculars:
Not my strongest suit - did a youth mentor program for 1 year, raised funds through a marathon training program last year; I'm an avid runner and have done lots of other road races and am doing another marathon, but haven't really done anything that involves me in a leadership role.

5) Short/Long term goals:
Entrepreneurship in the technology industry, also would like to have an international business focus in my studies (so much of technology is linked to manufacturing in Asia)
