travel time before = 5/30
travel time after = 5/60

hence %age increase = (5/30 - 5/60)/5/30 *100 = 50 %

Original travel time = 5/30 + x-5/60 = 5+x/60

If travelled whole distance at 60 time = x/60

Difference in time = (5+x/60) - (x/60) = 5/60

Difference/time if travelled at 60 = (5/60)/ (x/60) = 300/60x = 5/x

Convert to %: 100*5/x = 500/x
