I believe you have too much experience for both programs. HEC MiM is for people with little to no professional experience. The LBS MiM also looks like it’s for people with less experience: “less than one year of full-time corporate work experience, or less than two years of experience in a non-traditional business role.”
That said, you’re on the young and less experienced side for an MBA. Sometimes it’s just hard (even impossible) to find the exact right fit. People at the other end of the spectrum – early 30s, and not at EMBA level – have the similar problem.
