Wow...I would find that hard to believe, penalize someone because they can get to the core of the problem very quickly? I would think they score it, but the next problem is extremely difficult....

It seems unlikely, but this is the first that I've heard of it. It is actually possible to answer a question correctly in 20 seconds, so I'd be surprised if that's the threshold. Easy DS and easy one-word SC questions come to mind when I think of 20 second answers.

You're unlikely to solve very many questions in anywhere near 20 seconds on test day though. It's always worth double checking the question and the answer if you solve a question that quickly.
