Missed GMAT Exam [#permalink] New post 21 Jul 2010, 06:46
I went into the test center today only to realize that I was scheduled for yesterday. I confused my appointment date with the date I scheduled the exam which happened to be on the 21st of last month. I realize that getting a refund is pretty much impossible. Has anyone ever experienced something like this and got a refund?

Wow - sorry. I would check to see if GMAC would accommodate. I doubt you can get a refund but you may be able to get a reschedule for the next few days. CALL the GMAC's hotline.

You feeling ready?

Thanks guys, I actually took the gmat exam a little over a month ago and got a 680 Q:46 V:38, but due to my low gpa (under 3.0), i was looking to retake the exam. My practice exams across gmat prep and mgmat have been in the 720-730 range, so I was hoping to hit that target.

I doubt you will get the refund as well.

Well, keep study like usual, register for the test in a month and make sure not to miss it again.

You will not get refund as it is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions.
The last thing you want is to think about this. Get over and start your preparation. Book the date and beat the beast.
