I am a LBS MiF student. LBS intends its program to be for students with experience (the average I believe is 6 years). The MIT program has no experience requirement and is open to younger students. The MIT program also seems to be more quant-based where LBS, as a CFA program partner, is broader and more fundamental (though LBS has quantitative aspects as well).

If you are a US citizen and want to work in the US, I'd go with MIT. Honestly, even if you want to work overseas I would pick MIT. If you are international and want to stay international, go with LBS. Both are top programs though.


Can you provide a little more info on your profile? What are your goals, etc?
