Hi I applied in R2 for MIT SF 2015 (on the deadline date). Did everyone go through an interview with Stephen Sacca before the application.I had to do that and I did campus visit since I stay in Boston. This is the only prog I have applied. My work exp is both in India and US.
Hi This is not a EMBA program there is already a executive MBA program that MIT has. This sloan fellow program is a full time (calssroom) 1 year MBA for executive /mid-career level mangement people. This is written in MIT Sloan fellow website and I understood the same from my campus vist and fellow interactions
I'm from the Philippines. 12 years as an entrepreneur. Real Estate dev't and Import distribution. My interview is next week! I applied in R1. Do they ask probing questions designed to make you think fast? Thank you.
@filchi Did you completed your interview? How was your interview went? Could you please share your interview experiences .I am applied in R2 and waiting for interview call. Good luck for your interview.
just finished my interview. KNB was right. you really have to be very thorough with your answers. they will ask for details from all your 3 essays as well as your resume. also, i was asked about what my takeaway will be if i get admitted to the program. another thing i was asked is "why now?" why not wait for a few more years? which surprised me because normally they ask you why it took you so long to pursue an mba.
the interviewer is a very nice lady. she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. she did not ask any probing questions or questions that are designed to trick you or keep you on your toes. but you really have to give details. good luck to all of us.
i had my interview on Jan 24th and it was primarily on my essays and why i intend to do the course.. Has almost 1 hr 15 mts . Was informed that it wuld take atleast a week or 2 to get back on the outcome.
@filchi did u get any information on the interview outcome?
@zorosanb1, Good luck for your interview result. Could you please share your back ground? The domain and number of years of experience, where you applied and which round of applications. This will help us to get an idea on the application pool selecting for the interview. Thanks for posting your interview experiences.
