Monetary compensation is the most- Question, Examples [#permalink]

Hi All,
I have below topic for analyze issue
"Monetary compensation is the most powerful stimulus for improving employee productivity.”
For questions like these and any other essay should I give my own example or someone else's example.
Which is better?
And how many examples would be optimum/minimum?

How many paragraphs would you guys recommend and what must be the length in lines for each of those.

5 paragraphs with approx 4-5 lines is OK. However, I feel content quality matter most not quantity. If you are able to put your point articulately in 3 lines, nothing like that. Don't give too much attention to number of lines and paragraphs. Instead develop a framework and template sort of that you can reuse in any case. Reg. your Argument Statement, it is often said that you should disagree with the argument. I don't think you should relate your case anywhere. Better take some pointed jotted down that disagree with the argument and develop your essay. Hope it helps.
