Looking at Notre Dame's website I see...

Finance... avg 4800ish a month, 5000 mean salaries

Average Annual Base Salary 80k...

Do the math... how does this make sense?

Without more info to go on, I'm guessing that the monthly salaries refer to summer internships and the annual salaries refer to post grad employment.
