On the application form, what is everyone filling in for most significant challenge? Mine is going to either come from an essay or my resume. Is that alright?

Thanks

Yeah, I should have been clearer. On the web application form for some schools, as part of the work history, one of the sections is:

"Most Significant Challenge" and "Most Significant Accomplishment" (that you encountered as part of the job.) That's the section I'm asking about. I assume that it is alright to pick one from either an essay or resume, but I wanted to confirm anyway.

Thanks

Yea I saw that on the HBS app. I used an example from my resume.

Yeah, Stanford uses the same interface. I believe one or two other schools do too.
