Guys and girls struggling with the GMAT!! i think you should all watch this video..

Although this is focussed towards exercise i think this applies very well with the preparation on the gmat and the stress you may or may not encounter in the run up and on the day of the test...

Also this may be a great way to get yourself into shape!! i believe that exercise is an important component in your preparation on the gmat!!
