MS in Fin - Is this profile sufficient [#permalink]

Hi,

I'm working for the past two years in an IT firm in India. I work as a developer on an ERP package (Oracle). I have a pretty strong quant background right from schooling (Good good grades in quant right thru my engineering as well). Here is my profile:

Bachelors: Comp Sci. (3.5/4.0) (Good grades in Math courses)
GRE : Quant: 800 Verbal: 690
Work Ex: 2 yrs in IT.
No exposure in Economics.

Ppl would you let me know if this profile be sufficient for an admit into one of the good schools offering MS in Fin. Wht could I do to enhance my chances of getting into a good school. I'm looking at a '07 Fall admit. Thanks.

Hi studboy,
I would think your profit is sufficient to apply for the top finance programs in the US especailly your high GRE score should allow you to get into many financial engineering programs.
