Hi,

I am deciding to go back for a graduate degree to enhance my degree. I graduated with a B.S. degree in marketing but now I want to change my field of study. I decided that I would like to go back and receive a MS or MBA in Human Resource Management. However, I had a few questions regarding going to grad school and any information that you guys would be able to provide is greatly appreciated. Since I got an undergraduate degree in marketing, would I be able to get an MS/MBA in HR? Do I need to attend another undergrad college to take some HR courses in order to be qualified to apply? I am not applying anytime soon since I still need the work experience but I'd definitely like to know if I should go for an MS or an MBA and which one seems better. I've searched a lot about this on the internet but I would still like more information.
