Well sir, first of all you have very nice test scores, and even with your low GPA I think you might be able to applier to some higher ranked schools if you are interested.
Now as far as your story with the MS in Finance and MBA, you have one diploma too much in this story. If you want an MBA, get an MBA. If you want to focus on finance and not on management, go for the MS. In either case, afterwards, the rest of your knowledge skills and experience should come from your job. You can easily for example do an MBA specializing in Finance, and then through your job pick up whatever additional finance knowledge you need, and it's far better and more logical than doing yet ANOTHER degree.
