I do have a question. That is, are most of the top business schools now tired of Chinese applicants, especially college seniors? I see many of the guys with amazing GMAT scores be rejected. I know a girl with a TOEFL of 108 out of 120, and got 750 in her GMAT was rejected by Wash U, BC, UIUC, Rochester, even Tulane and Syracuse...She is from a university in southwest China, with some activities on campus, in the finance salon, school's financial seminars, and one internship at a local bank as a lobby manager...

I don't think schools are tired of Chinese applicants, but the USA 1) has high unemployment and 2) companies are not sponsoring like that used to. It is kind of an injustice taking on a Chinese student into a specialized program only to have them not get a job. Placement stats are a huge selling point and schools want to admit people who will succeed inside and outside the program. UIUC has a lot of international students and might want to more towards a better mix. Syracuse is refocusing their MSF program and historically had very few students in the program. BC really values work experience. The other programs might not of thought that girl was a good fit. GMAT scores alone do not get someone admitted.
