Personally, I would go with Tulane if you are looking for a traditional MSF. UConn would be interesting since there are a lot of insurance firms in CT and I could see that degree being used to leverage into something like that. It is relatively new so bear that in mind.
Bentley is a good MSF program, but Boston is saturated with programs. MIT, BC, Bentley, Brandies, Suffolk, etc. Lots of competition. Keep that in mind.
