Multiple GMAT Scores (610 and ???) - Please help! [#permalink] New post 24 Jun 2005, 13:36
I heard from my friends that some schools average the applicant's GMAT scores(if multiple).

I have 610 on 1st pass and aiming for 700 on second.

Having checked top20 schools' FAQ, most of them explicitly state that , the candidate has to mention the particular score, which he or she wants the school to consider.

Can I blindly go by the schools' FAQ.

There is nothing to stop you from sending the school an email or giving them a call just to confirm the info in the FAQ. It can't hurt. Over the summer is when many schools change policies and update FAQs. However, almost all schools in the top 20 count the highest GMAT score. They do not average.

Good luck!
