I am a 41 year old man holding a CPA qualification and having more than 21 years of experience in field of accounting & finance. Right now I head finance for a mid-sized firm in India. What are my chances in an ivy league BSCHOOL like HBS, Wharton, Tuck, Kelllog, INSDEAD, IMD etc.? I am confident that I can get a goood score in GMAT, but would go for it only after I know my chances.

You may want to look into pursuing an MBA through an executive program. There are definitely a few b-school students your age, but most are non-traditional career changers.

It's hard to say based on just that info, but you're 13+ years older than the typical MBA applicant. Schools will wonder why you're applying now. You should also consider executive MBA programs.
