Hi Scott / Omar,

I am interested in the part time MBA programs at - Kellogg, Chicago and Stern. I was wondering if you take a look at my profile and tell me if I stand a chance.

GMAT Score: 650 (84%), Q 46 (80%), V 34 (72%)
Work Experience: 5 years in supply chain consulting managing medium to large scale projects
Education background: BS in Mechanical Engineering (India), MS in Industrial Engineering (Virginia Tech)
Age: 28
Others: Born, raised in India. Have some work experience in India.

Let me know if you need more information. I am more concerned about my GMAT score. I know the GMAT score cannot get you an admission. But a low one can prevent one. So at this point I am just worried if I will be considered.

Thanks for your time

I think you can get in, but keep in mind that there are a lot of things that matter that you didn't cover in your post, such as your leadership experiences at work, your hobbies, and your community involvement. Also, your GPA from your previous schooling will matter. As for your GMAT score, I think you can get in with a 650 if those other parts of your application are strong.
