Great post! I've read many ppl's experiences here...to find inspiration and motivation to keep going. I must say, I loved how you detailed the testing center experience as well. And your since of humor!
Congrats on your 720..!! U really had me sweating dude...with your write up on the GMAT test center experience. I had taken the test two years back...scored a 700.And i could relate to each word in your writeup. It was one of the most nerve wrecking experiences, EVER. Walking to your terminal and waiting to be logged in is more spine chilling than the test itself..!!
I plan to retake the GMAT (i know i know..ppl call me a psycho) in september and hope to score a bit better. I had not visited any forums or practiced the usually available materials. I did not even complete the OG 10 the last time round. This time I plan to go all armed with OGs, Manhattans, Forums and challenges.
Wish me luck ppl..!!
BTW Lee, which schools do u plan to apply/applied?
missbrooklyn: Thanks, and... "Brooklyn Stand Up! It's Your Boy..." (I always wanted to say that out loud, but never had a chance to so do in public, so I appreciate the opportunity) NiDo: Welcome to the Club. In my opinion this is the best GMAT website on the net. Ankurmba1: Hey man, if you got your 700 already and is aiming higher, good for you! I haven't applied to any schools yet. I'm a few years away from the application process. aspire09: No question is out of ignorance. GMATPrep is a mock GMAT exam.
