Has to be E...
The idiom tested here is 'not only X...but also Y'
This eliminates A and B...
Among C,D and E.. We can eliminate D...'such as' needs to be used for examples and not 'like'...
C is not clear when it comes to conveying the meaning... 'temperature of X and Y' does not mean 'temperature of X and temperature of Y'...
Left with E...

"not only...., but also" is the idiom.
"such as" is used to list examples, not "like".
The meaning in C is not logical.
