I think your professional experience is very strong. I'd say that Kellogg might be a stretch, as Haas and Tuck may be given their small class sizes. I think UCLA and Tepper are good targets, but that there are programs in between that could be worth applying to like Michigan, Duke, Darden? (Or programs in that range). I don't see a lot of post-college extracurricular/volunteer activities, and I do agree that this is a gap in your profile. I would definitely encourage you to incorporate these activities into your profile in the coming months. Take on as many leadership roles as you can inside and outside of work, and perhaps try to gain more exposure to marketing teams at work if you can. Of course, you could retake the GMAT and try to get a 700+ - this would help your chances at top programs.
