My wife also entertained the idea, but we came to the conclusion that her GMAT would fall somewhere in the Q51/V15 range. It might take a couple years to bring her verbal skills up to par. Then again, she's one of those super smart Chinese so who knows..
I like how you put that ... "Q51/V15 range" ... very funny in a dorky kind of way.
Yep, did that just for you
How's the post honeymoon buzz? You two fully moved into the new place yet? Getting weekly visits from your mother in-law?
Its not a lot of fun at home these days. The hardwood guys screwed up the hardwood - before we moved in - and I tried frantically to get them to come back to fix it - before all my crap was in there. They eventually came to fix it, but only after I had moved in. So of course they could only do it in parts - living room first.... today they come back for the rest.
Its a huge pain in the rear because I've had to empty out 3 bedrooms and put everything in the living room - so even now, weeks after I "moved in", I'm not moved in. Needless to say, a house thats in dissaray for weeks can be stressful - and my wife is particular about that stuff - so having the house a mess for the last month has driven her a bit up the wall too.
During the move our bed broke as well, so we've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last few weeks until we can find an affordable replacement. We settled with the movers for a fair price methinks, but we are trying to stretch the money as much as we can since we are now officially poor.
Thats to say nothing of the stolen camera and portable video player, car accident I had, allergies I developed, hospital visit I enjoyed, multiple doctor visits I had, broken DVD player, etc etc etc..
We are having some filing cabinets delivered today, the hardwood finished, and well probably end up sleeping on the couch in the living room tonight, but my hope is that tomorrow I can move everything back into its rooms and just be, finally, once and for all, moved in.
