Need advice for my Doctor/Scientist profile & MBA [#permalink]

I know this is a long post but my question is rather important to me and as I am from a very particular background I did not find much information. I would really thank anyone who could help me figure out the following question : (and it may be interesting for you too)
I am a FRENCH student in Dental Medecine and I would like to know if B-Schools are interested in such a profile and what would be the carreer opportunities after such an MBA ?[/color]
Prior to this Graduate education, I had the French Scientific Baccalaureat with Mention Tres Bien with 17,50/20 (that means in France the highest honors in the most competitive A level). I then went to a classe préparatoire aux gandes ecoles d'ingénieur ( Freshmen year specialized in Maths, Science, Physics and Chemistery) where I became top of my class in both Maths and Physics (out of 300 students).
But my girlfriend's mom is dentist and during a summer I assisted her during implant surgeries and gum graft surgeries. I was amazed so the following year I went to the medical school (In france at the end of the first year you pass an exam and only 150 people out of 1000 (from rank 1 to rank 200) can continue in medicine and 30/1000 (from the rank of the first who choises DM to the last one)in Dental Medicine. Two thirds of those who have it take it twice (you cannot take it tree times) and only 1/3 passes the 1st time.
In One year I was Ranked 24 out of 1000 and so I Entered the DMD school Being Top of Class. As I am interested in teaching the dean advised me to do a dual degree : DMD and PhD in Biotechnology, this is what I am doing. That would give me more potential to become a DM professor. I am also, and since the very beginning, the President of the Students of the School, participating monthly in the Direction Board with dean and professors and representing my mates in the official celebrations.
Let me ad that I won an philosophical eloquence contest at the age of 18, the jury being presided by the Dean of the Law School, The Attorney General of the region and other people like that.
But I am also driven by business and I am interested in consulting , I am considering what an MBA (Ultra elite I hope) would offer me and which are the possible carrier opportunities ? My eldest brother who is Tuck 2010 told me that my prospective GMAT score would be around 700 (I didn't take it already).
Considering I have a multicultural background : french mom, spanish dad, i was born and lived ten year in morocco in diplomatic environment, these are my questions : * What kind of B school can I have ? (ultra elite ?) is there any of them that particularly appreciate this profile ? * What are the carrieers paths in consulting (because I mainly interesed in consulting) after an MBA for a dentist/scientist. * As I am still building my future what are the advices you would give me to enhance my profile ? humanitarian in asia or africa ? Work a few years in a private clinic in Dubai or London or any comparable city after graduation ? what else ?
Thank you very much for your answers, I hope you will realise your dreams and fulfill your lives.
