Hi Amrit,

Congratulations on your GMAT score - well done! Well it's difficult to say what your chances at ISB are as I don't know much about your work experience. The important thing you'll need to demonstrate is your leadership potential. My sense is that in a traditional software engineer role, there are not too many opportunities to demonstrate serious leadership capacity, so that is something that I would think hard about as you prepare your application.

Overall, it seems your profile will be very similar to other applicants to ISB. You'll need to figure out what is going to set you apart from the competition - most everyone will have a great GMAT score and experience working at an MNC in a tech role. Many will have strong college extracurriculars -- some will have strong post-college extracurriculars that help them demonstrate their leadership capacity as well. I'd say based on the info you've provided that you have an average profile - you may have a shot at ISB but it's a bit of a toss up as your profile is so similar to that of the bulk of applicants.

Hope this helps,
