Need Advice Please - GMAT a 4th time? [#permalink]

I need some serious advice. I have taken the GMAT 3 times with my highest score as a 680 (all scores in that 650-680 range). I have never scored anything below 99th percentile in any math based test but keep messing up on the QUant section (got 70%). I am looking to apply to the top 10 but I dont know how competitive I will be, and now am thinking about taking it again.
Age 27 Education 3.6 at top tier university WE: 2 years at a venture firm and 3 years at a hedge fund...all have strong recommendations Extra: I have a very strong extracirricular activity list Recommendations: I have up to 4 recommendations all from previous employers, and one from a non profit founder (who is currently a highly regarded bschool faculty member) Goals: I am already in the process of starting my own fund, bschool will help me refine business plan/network
I am really confused and would love some help. I never thought I would be in this position but this test just has a barrier that I have a hard time to overcome. But I will take it again if I think its necessary. Also I heard about being an Indian Male its even harder. Thanks in advance...anyhelp would be great. SHould I take it again, should I just focus on application.
