Need advice - should I apply to more schools?

I have applied to six schools, but I only really had a chance at four of them.
Status:
BC - Carroll: Interviewed, WL
USC - Marshall: Will interview this week
CMU - Tepper: Will interview soon
UCSD - Rady: Will interview soon
The thing is that BC is historically the weakest school (class profile stat wise) out of the group and I'm feeling insecure about my other applications. I also felt that my essays and interview for BC were very good. The question is whether I should apply to two other schools as an additional precaution as I definitely want to attend school this fall.
The other consideration is that my supervisor is unreliable and it was difficult to get him to complete the last two recommendations. I don't think that at this point I will be able to ask him to finish any more, I don't really blame him since he had to do six. The other person doing my recommendations will probably be fine doing a couple of more but the only really alternative that I would have for a recommendation would be a co worker, so any additional applications would have lower quality recommendations.
Should I be worrying about this? Any help would be appreciated.
