Hi guys, first of all I'd like to say that this forum is really great and provides tonns of very useful info
I want to thank all of you for interesting opinions and sharing your experience concerning prep and test-taking.
So now let me describe my current achievements and put some questions. I started with Kaplan math workbook about 2 months ago, after that I switched to
MGMAT guides. In a day or two I'll be done with the last math guide. Today I've taken GMATprep tests and I got Q49 in the first one and Q50 in the second. However, verbal part seemed really hard for me and I got V27 only
(in the second test I skipped that part) So now questions and I'd be really grateful to you in case you help me
1) My goal is to score 700+. Is that quant score enough or still some work needs to be done?
2) I make hardly any mistakes in problem solving (almost all of them were quite easy for me), mostly they occur in DS. Do you have any tips how to improve in this area?
3) As a non-native speaker I've got some serious problems dealing with verbal part. Questions' difficulty quite overwhelmed me.. What are the most effective ways to significantly raise verbal score?
MGMAT guides, fiction, maybe something else? By the way, reading " The economist" or books such as "Lolita" is quite difficult for me so is it that useful on current level of knowledge? Should I learn as many words as possible or no?
I'm planning to take the test at the end of March. Is it real to get a decent score for me?
Sorry for being little spontaneous.
