Initially my quant was poor and thus i worked hard on quant now today messed up verbal. All of my SCs went wrong. When 15 min was left i was at Q20 verbal.Had to rush up and outcome 550 .I dont get the point why i cannot get all the scores stable.
How deal with verbal -time management?i got 23 questions wrong 12 RC,9 SC and 2 CR => 550.Can anyon guide me ???????any good strategy. I havent taken a date yet.How do i judge my scores ?Can anyone guide me how to go ahead ?I want to take a date ? should i take a date or wait for some more time so that my scores become stable. On the other hand i feel without the final D-day fear i wont be able to study further.

I always try to give myself a time limit, such as 2 minutes a question, if you are short on time consistently. It is better to make an educated guess on all the questions than random guess 5 or 6, and it is in your best interest to not leave any unanswered. If you are running short on your time limit, just guess and move on. it seems simple and I'm sure you've heard it before, but it does work (I had similar problems on the Quant section. btw kaplan is inaccurate, I was scoring 550-600 on kaplan and just got a 700 (Q45 V41), GMATprep is much more reliable.

Hey thanks a tonne,Yes i know educated guess. But actually the thing is that i lose enthu once one question such as that of RC gets wrong, and then with that mindset all the rest get wrong, again i stick to reading inference questions again and again and waste hell lot of time,i spent 15 min on 4 RC questions and all went wrong.Again i understand Kaplan verbal is quite tough ,i will try to work on the same and go by GMAT prep tests. IS THERE ANY STRATEGY TO DEAL WITH RCs INFERENCE QUESTIONS?
Whats the average time one should give for a CR and RC question?
