Need guidance for MBA in HR [#permalink]

Hi
I've just started my application process (GMAT-710, GPA-3.32) .... I wanted to know "What is the difference between MBA in HR and MBA in ILR.

Cornell's MBA in ILR is a reputed one but I am not sure how it matched with the MBA in HR program of other schools ?

Also can anyone suggest me some more schools for MBA in HR/ILR ?
