Need HELP- GMAT Score drop for 680 to 650 [#permalink] New post 25 Jul 2014, 01:46
Hi,

I just gave the GMAT yesterday and sadly my score dropped from 680 (Q49, V34) to 650 (Q50, V28).

My question is
What GMAT score does the ADCOM consider and during the interviews will they have access to both my scores?

I am considering Kellogg, Columbia, Duke and Cornell.

Thanks

Hi qwerty,

Thank you for your message.

Depending on the school, the AdComm will either take an average of the scores OR consider the highest score as your final submitted score. Keep in mind that when you have your scores sent to these programs, YES, the AdComm will receive all of your GMAT test scores in the last 5 years.

We had several candidates last year who were accepted to Kellogg, Columbia, Duke and Cornell. Several of them were also international students such as yourself. They are now MAC Fellows given their experience in working with our consultants. If you would ever like to speak with them (without any obligation) and ask any questions regarding the admissions process to Kellogg, Columbia, Duke and Cornell, please feel free to let me know at any point in your process.

Best wishes,
Sue
