Need help in Selecting B-Schools [#permalink] New post 19 Jul 2012, 00:27
Hi,

I have my GMAT this 28th. I am expecting my score to be somewhere around late 600's and early 700.
Evident from my few Mock CAT attempts:
MGMAT CAT 1: 670
MGMAT CAT 2: 680 (Missed 3 questions in Quant, Speeding problem! Ugh!)
MGMAT CAT 3: 710
Princeton CAT: 690
KAPLAN: 660.

Can you suggest me some B-Schools which take scores in this range?
I am going with a 2 Safe, 2 Reach and 1 Dream school principle.

I used VeritasPrep and did some research and found the following schools:
1. Safe: Thunderbird School of Global Management
2. Safe: Warwick
3. Reach: Krannert School of Management, Purdue
4. Reach: Iowa, Tippie
5. Dream: Tepper/Vanderbilt/Brigham Young, Marriott/UCLA, Anderson

Can you help me with this? I'm very confused. :S

Profile: Male, Indian, IT(American MNC)-2.5 years till now, B Tech New Delhi, Good Academics, Good Extra curriculars, Good Social work, Research internship and ministry of defence.
Any sort of help will be highly appreciated!

Cheers!

Assuming you reach on the higher end of your potential (high 600s), your list of schools looks reasonable.
