need help with Important Math Formula for GMAT [#permalink] New post 20 Feb 2009, 19:44
Hi all can we post helpful formulas for the test in this thread?

I have 2: L=a+(n-1)d
sum(of a sequence)= n/2[2a+(n-1)d]where L= last term, a=1st term and d=constant difference among the terms.

I need more sequence formula.

Arent there as many sequence formulas as there are unique sequences? That's the point of a sqeuence, it's defined by a particular formula.
