Need more adaptive exams! HELP! [#permalink] New post 07 Apr 2006, 11:53
I've exhausted the Cambridge GMAT question sets. I've also taken the GMATPrep exams.

I hear people talk about PowerPrep, but I cant seem to find that anywhere. My exam is in a week and a half and I want more practice. First time taking it was a 640, last PowerPrep was a 720, so this is exciting, but I want to practice at least once or twice more prior to the real deal.

Can someone recommend where I can get more computer based adaptive exams? I dont care if I have to buy some other book to get the CD, I'll go do it. Or where can I download PowerPrep!!! ?

HELP!

edit:

Are these any good? http://www.800score.com/5testorder.html

Are the 800score exams better than the princeton or is it the other way around?

Also, if you buy any of Manhattan GMAT's books (SC is highly recommended) you get free access to three online tests (not adaptive though).

As for the PowerPrep, it is different from the GmatPrep. However, you cannot find it on the mba.com website anymore. If you are good with google, you might be able to find it someplace on the web.

Not sure about the 800score tests...

I do not know if the 800score exams are adaptive, and I think the Kaplan ones aren't (I remember reading that in a forum somewhere, but someone who knows better should speak up if I'm wrong!).

The Princeton Review tests ARE adaptive, so I would definitely get the Cracking the GMAT book (2006 edition is out now). Like the other dude said, you can get it anywhere. The PR tests are more realistic than the Kaplan tests, both in difficulty and scoring method, so I personally don't recommend Kaplan.
